Our personal training staff is not only certified as professional personal trainers, they engage in various athletic endeavors that allow them to practice their craft. The benefits of hiring a personal trainer include learning proper form, having an instructor create a customized workout plan for you, and a coach to help you learn the best nutrition and style of eating for your body and goals. It is important to learn correct form to avoid injury, an unfortunate reality of improper training or taking on too much weight too quickly. Not everyone feels ready to jump into personal training which is why we offer various fitness classes and BootCamps. Fitness OnDemand is not something every gym offers but we wanted to include innovative ways to encourage everyone of every fitness level to feel comfortable working towards their goals. We have a designated room where you can stream loads of fitness content from spin class to Zumba and everything in between. Many popular programs you have seen on TV or heard about from your fitfriends can be found here and used at your own pace. Need a break? Hit pause! Not feeling the style of workout? Choose another! This is a fantastic option for people looking for diversity in their workouts and increasing your fitness level at your own pace.
Lastly, we include elements to our gym solely geared to your overall wellness. We have a massage therapist on site so that you can schedule an appointment and help your muscles relax and recover. According to the Mayo Clinic, massage has benefits for conditions like Anxiety, Digestive disorders, Fibromyalgia, Headaches, Insomnia related to stress, Myofascial pain syndrome, Soft tissue strains or injuries, Sports injuries, Temporomandibular joint pain.
