We care about all of our members and want to see you succeed in your efforts which is why we’re now offering special “Optimal Health Programs” to support you and see you thrive! Health isn’t just about dropping the numbers on the scale or getting into the gym every week. True health is living well, feeling positive and proud, respecting your mind and body and the ability to get out of bed each morning feeling motivated and ready to make the most of your day.
In a move toward helping our members reach a place of true health we are introducing the Optimal Health Programs at East Highlands Fitness which combines your gym membership with personal training services as well as nutrition coaching AND group classes! We want to ensure that you are supported through every step of your journey.
Based on your individual needs we’ll assign you a personal health coach that will be there to guide you, support you, coach and encourage you and design a plan for your overall health and fitness goals.
This unique, all-encompassing approach to health and wellness has been designed to help anyone who may be struggling to turn a corner in their current health or for those who just want to reach even higher.
