We have NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS here at EHF, just the support and assistance you need to reach your fitness goals. Online Sign-ups are here!

In our continued effort to keep you safe, we will be implementing an online scheduling system to help you access the facility while we are temporarily operating at limited capacity. This system will help us better control the flow of members, avoid wait times, and employ social distancing.

  • Members will be able to sign up for time slots between Monday – Sunday each week starting on the Sunday preceding that week at 12:00 AM.

  • For instance, if you wanted to sign up for time slots between Monday, July 6th to Sunday, July 12th, you will be able to sign up starting at 12:00 AM on Sunday, July 5th.

  • Sign ups will close at 9:00 AM each business day.

  • Members will be able to sign up for one 60 min workout slot per day and will have a 10-minute grace period for their reservation, at which point we will give the slot to someone else.

  • Walk-ins, guests, and drop-ins are still welcome as long as there are available time slots.

  • 3 No-Show appointments will result in scheduling privileges being suspended.

Member & Client COVID19 Policies
1. All members will be required to check-in at the front desk with an employee and have their temperature taken. Any member with a temp over 100 degrees will be asked to return at a later date.
 
2. All members must certify that they are not sick, have not been sick in the past two weeks, and are not displaying any symptoms of illness.
 
3. Use hand sanitizer or wash hands immediately upon entering the facility.
 
4. Members are required to wear a mask for their safety.
 
5. Facility capacity will be limited to 10 members at a time.
6. Congregation of groups is not allowed. Please conduct your workout and exit in a timely manner so that other members may use the facility.
7. Practice social distancing from other members. Refrain from using equipment directly next to another member (stay 6 feet apart).
 
8. Carry a gym wipe with you at  ALL times and wipe down equipment before and after use (including dumbbells, barbells, and other handles and equipment).
 
9. Please re-use wipes for multiple machines to help us conserve. As long as the wipe is wet, it still works to sanitize.
 
10. All members must use hand sanitizer or wash their hands after their workout is completed and check-out at the front desk with an employee when they leave.

At East Highlands Fitness, we understand that you have a busy schedule and may not have time to work out during typical business hours. Our state-of-the-art finger print door entry system allows access to the gym 24/7.  Don’t let time be a factor, come in anytime to achieve your goals!

Relaxation and Recovery are just as important to your health and wellness as exercising. Work the kinks out of your muscles with a 30, 60, or 90 minute Massage or experience a 30 minute Infrared Sauna session which is great for increasing blood flow, muscle repair & recovery, and detoxing your system.
