Or if you really want to turn up the heat, party it up with Zumba!  Need to calm and soothe your mind?  Join Carrie for her Yoga Fusion - a class that combines the practices of Tai Chi, Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga.

Our Boot Camps are a fun fitness program for men and women who are serious about getting results!  East Highlands Fitness' team of personal trainers will push you through a series of exercises aimed at improving your stamina, strength, balance and confidence.
