Check out our Boot Camps or TRX Suspension Training classes for an intense full body training session. Or if you really want to turn up the heat, party it up with Zumba! If you want to learn the basics about eating right and how to best feed yourself and your family, come to our "Wellness Wednesday" nutrition meeting.

Our Saturday Morning Boot Camps are a fun fitness program for men and women who are serious about getting results!


Every Saturday morning at 9 a.m. at East Highlands Fitness our team of personal trainers will push you through a series of exercises aimed at improving your stamina, strength, balance and confidence.
